This week for Thirsty Thursday, Jordan and I made a Caramel Apple-tini that you’re definitely going to want to try. It’s sweet, but not too sweet, perfect for sipping on a grey day stuck between Fall and Winter.
- 2 oz. vodka (we tried it with plain vodka and vanilla, you could also use apple flavored.)
- 2 oz. Sour Apple Pucker
- 1 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
- 1/2 oz Caramel Syrup (look in the coffee section of wherever you buy groceries.)
Combine in a cocktail shaker over ice, shake, strain and serve. If you like, garnish with an apple slice dipped in caramel.
I discovered that it’s quite difficult to look cute for pictures taken when you’re shaking up a drink, so please excuse this silly picture.
When we first mixed up this batch, I wasn’t sure how well I liked this drink. I am admittedly not much of a martini drinker. This one was enjoyed by all, and it just might change my mind! Not too strong, not too sweet.
Please enjoy responsibly! If you make this drink, let us know what you think in the comments!!
