Riverside Art & Supply Co.

I seriously can’t believe how much we’ve done in the last ten days.

Riverside Art & Supply Co.

We’ve torn down all of the plastic from the walls, and even started to put up the first coats of paint. (The hunter green wall is not one of our color choices!) We’re kind of in love with the industrial look of the exposed brick, though at least SOME of it will get painted. It’s even kind of fun to think about things like lighting fixtures and floor tiles.

When Tod tore the plastic off the front wall, we found this amazing wood underneath. The color and the grain is so beautiful and it ties in with our salvaged and recycled displays. (We’re going to have to sand the heck out of it and add some thick coats of varnish, though, because it’s pretty splintery, as is.)

We are “officially” launching our indiegogo fundraiser early next week (we’re still working on an official video, some comics, and a few last missing details) but if you want to get in on the ground floor, you can donate now!

We’ve put together some really fun incentives, and even a $5 or $10 donation will help us out in a big way!

Thanks so much to everyone who has already donated and shared! We feel so lucky and loved to have such awesome support – both locally and long-distance!
